Should Wine and Tobacco shops in Amritsar be banned?

The airport at Amritsar is named after Guru Ram Das Ji. There are liquer and tobacco/cigarette shops at Amritsar. There are plenty of wine shops in Amritsar, the holy city.

On the other hand, there are no Wine or Meat shops in holy cities like Haridwar and Kurukshetra. Similarily, there should be no such shop in Holy places like Amritsar and Sirhind. Bhai Ranjit Singh ji have demanded this several times in his diwans. Authorities should take required actions on this.
